  Comfortable, clean and one of the better ones. Put up with the smelly water and it's all good. Bowling Club directly opposite has terrific meals.

  Great motel. Very comfortable with all you need and friendly, helpful staff. Can't recommend highly enough. The bowls cllub is across the road for excellent meals and drinks at reasonable prices.

  Airport pick to the best BBQ area with everything you need and a super clean BBQ. Rooms clean and tidy.

  The receptionist is very rude and arrogant. Had stayed there a couple of weeks back and had a mouse in the room that kept me awake till late. I didn't complain but reported the same next morning and they said that they are renovating and will try and fix the problem. This time when I was back in town thought will give them another try to see if it's no longer infested with mouse. The reception was rude and said she can't do anything if there is a mouse and they don't worry about pest control on regular basis and couldn't guarantee if there will be mouse or no. Refused to give any straight answers. I have stayed in Bluey Motel next door a month back and never had any such issues. When informed about the same said you stay there then and hung up. Worst customer service in a place filled with tourist and regular travellers. I visit the beautiful town of Lightning Ridge every alternate fortnight's and this was certainly not accepted from someone into customer service. Would never come back but make sure this issue is escalated to the highest level as the motel is owned by the bowling club right across the road. Thanks for such great customer service experience. You won't ever see me again.

  Good clean room, everything worked. Friendly staff, moved cars around so we could put our bikes under cover. Location handy to bowls club- good meals there .
